hi friends,
Now i am working as software engineer in MNC ,Bangalore.if i changed from this company to another company how to carry that provident fund information.My friends told that if i give that PF number to the new company they will credit to the same account like that they told.but i want to cancel that account and i want to take that money.Is it possible for me.If i give the same number to new company how they know how much amount existed in my account.Now i am woking in Bangalore,now i want to change the company which is in hyderabad.Even provident fund office is india wide,may be any late process will occur for to transfer the account from bangalore to hyderabad.can any body give suggestions for me on this situation.

After you open your PF acct in your new company you can transfer money from the old account.Contact your finance dept for transfer form.

They will know when the money gets transfered to the new account. Before that no. Do you have lot of money in your first account ?
