my struts 2 action class has a reference to several interceptors. One of my URL maps to a method od the action class. In this mthod, it calls several other methods inside the action class. I know that, for the first time, when I click the URL, per strutts.xml, it finds this Action class and instantiate it, at this time it goes through those interceptors. Now, while it is running through the method, it calls other methods of the action class, when it calls another method, does it go through the interceptors again ??

thanks.

No--how would it? It's just a standard Java method call, and looking at the debug logs would have provided further evidence.
