IWAB0489E Error when deploying Web service to Axis runtime

I get following error while creating web service.
I am using this tutorial : tutor
IWAB0489E Error when deploying Web service to Axis runtime
axis-admin failed with {http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/}Client The service cannot be found for the endpoint reference (EPR) http://localhost:8080/Axis2WSTest/services/AdminService

I get this at console

[INFO] Unable to parse request URL [http://xml.apache.org/axis/wsdd/][/Axis2WSTest/services]

but i run it from localhost
