I need to create a best practices and User Guidelines template for software. Others at my company will use this template once it's finished. Do you know of any good templates for best practices and user guidelines?

The best guideline is:

SELECT * FROM users WHERE clue > 0
0 Results Returned

I appologise for our AJAX'd friend. This form is for meaningless pursuits, you should ask you question in one of the other forums available if you would like a meaningful response.

My response is valid and useful. Realize that you need to cover your (__) in every small detail because you get users that have no clue!

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
