Websphere's Dynamic Cache

I have read about the dynamic cache in WebSphere Application Server that can be used for sharing data.

Is this feature a part of the J2EE spec or is this something that is unique for WebSphere only?

For other application servers, such as WebLogic, do they have something similar for sharing data?

It's WebSphere specific. You would be better off asking about the WebLogic part of your question in our WebLogic forum.
