Hi guys,

Yesterday I have upgraded my pc to FC10 from FC6. Upgrade went fine, but it is hanging often every 30 mins. I have gone through the log and found that boot.log has the following error message

"Could not detect stabilization, waiting for 10 seconds"

Anyone has idea about this issue?

Cheers,
Manoj

FC? Fedora Core? Please Use Real Words
A search for your error message brings up some promising leads (Perhaps you should Search First).
Your error message and hangs may not be connected. Your best bet is to search the Fedora Forum and Fedora bugs for people who have the same hardware and the same problem.
The Ubuntu documentation has some general steps for debugging system crashes.

"FC" is widely understood as an abbreviation for Fedora Core. But it is a good idea to keep the acronyms and abbreviations down just to avoid confusion.

There isn't an FC10 release, however. They dropped the "Core" somewhere around 7. So it's just "Fedora 10" now.
