Yes, sorry to be a bit off topic. But especially in European countries in which they speak a language which is relatively 'main', like French, German and Spanish speaking countries, most common people won't speak very good English. It's is a little bit better in the The Netherlands, Vlaanderen and the Scandinavian countries, most people will know basic level English. But still not enough to be practical in a job, like doctor or nurse, in which you have much verbal contact. Also in languages like German, for computer words and also for medical words, they will use a local of their own. In German, save something to the hard disk is, if I recall correctly
'speicheren', while in Dutch you can more often just hear the english 'lended'
word 'save' used.
