for my latest project i was asked to use eclipse 3.4, after finishing the installation of the plugins for svc and spring, i checked out the project. When tried to build the project and deploy, The java files are not compiling. I am fairly new to use eclipse 3.4. I confirmed that the java files are not compiling but deleting the class files which where there while i check out and tried to build it again. The files are not complied. So if any one has any suggestions it would be really be help full. And thanks in advance for your suggestion

So, what did you do exactly? Do you get any error messages? How do you know that your source files are not compiled?

If you look at the Java Build Path within your project's properties, on the Source tab, at the bottom there is a "Default output folder". That is where your class files will go.

Are there any errors listed in the Problems view (there should be a "Problems" tab under the editor area).

One other thought. Since you are new to Eclipse I recommend that you first work through a tutorial to create a small project. You can find such a tutorial under Help > Contents, look under Java Development User Guide > Getting Started > Basic Tutorial.

I agree. Here's the link: http://aspose.com/file-tools
