seen above , but coudn't understand , whats the use of using <s:push tag ?

The <s:push> tag pushes the value onto the stack. Subsequent <s:property> (and similar) tags check the stack in order, so whatever is pushed last will be queried first.

The following would be identical to your example (note correct spelling of the property tag):
