Hi, I am using Weblogic 10.2. I can get the jsp changes reflected only after restarting the server. Can anyone help me with any option without restarting the server.

are you including one jsp in another jsp by using <jsp:include>?

Arvinth,

So whenever you make any changes in your included JSP(child jsp) the same time you have to make some changes in your parent jsp too. So that Parent jsp would compile again.

What happens when there is no changes in your parent jsp, server doesn't compile it again and your changes in child jsp would not be reflected.

Just to compile your parent jsp, make some fake changes like write something, delete it and save it.

Hope it will help you, let me know if problem still there.

I tried on a jsp. I am getting the same problem in the Parent Page too. Do I need to do anything with the Portal Admin Console. I am including the jsp in the book as a portlet.

Hi Bhagat/Balu, I had a case where I could see the changes getting reflected when I make fake changes in the Parent jsp and could see the changes done on the child getting reflected. Thats great..

But in another situation I make a changes in the parent jsp and that is not reflecting on building the project.
