Hi,
I would like to know if there are some methods available to back up a database through
JDBC
. The database involved is Microsoft SQL Server 2005.
Thanks,
Muthu

Yes you can do this via JDBC. You will need to call some Transact SQL to perform the backup. Have a read of
the documentation
for the syntax.
