If we change the time and date of system.
Then it creates the problem in deploying the jsp pages in tomcat.

Is this true.

Dear pankaj,

Yes, because (depending on the change) Tomcat may view outdated JSP's as unchanged.

You should have no reason to change the date and time on your system. All servers and workstations should use some form of time daemon to have their clocks synchronised.

Look into using NTP.
