What are some good point-of-sale (POS) device that can be programmed with Java ME?

I'm looking for getting some devices for point-of-sale (POS). I'm looking for solutions for retail that use micro-devices that are programmable in Java.
Does anybody have ideas of what equipment might be good for me to evaluate?
