Hi All,
Recently saw the India-South Africa cricket match. What happened to this team which before 4 months made world-record of consecutive wins while chasing. The team is almost the same. What has gone wrong with this team?
Who should be blamed? Captain or coach or entire team???

Do you think blaming someone will help?

See we have to accept the fact that Team India and Board that run Team India is not world class.

If India is playing is in India, winning chances are upto 60%. If India is playing aboard, wining chances are 30%.

We have to accept and live with this fact.

May be BCCI should start some kind of business (a restaurant may be) in West Indies and moves the entire Indian squad there asap! Let them make it their 'home' by World Cup.

This is a great win for India. Probably second best to Adelaide.

India wins one match and everyone thinks that India is best in the world. Be realistic.

Yes but how much such victories can you remember. Compare this with other teams like Australi,WI,SA,SL.Where are we.

This thread was buried deep and no one was interested. When India starts winning people start posting.

Sreesanth has done a very good job. He gave India the victory.

Look at this single post.
It started by cursing the Indian team and ended up praising it.
That speaks volumes of the inconsistancy of the Indian Cricket team.
I personally feel ALL are responsible for the result/s as it is a team sport.
But at same time all this while I have always been wondering if the coach of the Indian cricket team is either a Genius or Has no idea of what he is into!
Personally with all due respect, I never quite understood what his action plan was/is!!
To sum it all I think they wanted everyone to do everything!(Jack of all trades but master of none! ) Bowlers to focus on batting skills and become allrounders, Batsmen to take up part time bowling and polish thier skills. Experience people sitting outside. New faces in the middle of the field trying to save their place in the "Indian Team". Players moving in and out of the team almost always! Experienced batsmen batting like tail enders and tail enders getting into partnerships and trying to save the game! I think it says it all! After all this what can one expect?
And dont even get me started on the word starting with Pol****s !

But like a true Cricket fan the hopes for da World Cup lives on!

130.2 Harris to Ganguly, SIX!!, Harris tosses it up on the middle and leg, Ganguly comes down the track and hoicks it over between midwicket and long on for a biggie!!! that sailed over the ropes!!! and, wait, it has hit a lady from the medical staff on the leg, she would taste their won medicine!!! what a shot it was!!!
