What is the difference between class-level annotations and field/setter annotations? Or, in what case, or what for, I should performed class level annotation (field/setter annotations are clearly explained and understandable)?

Slobodan,
Which specific annotation are you looking at? Not all annotations can be applied at both class level and field/method level.
