Most likely they only prefer local people considering present market conditions.
Moreover, the skill set is common and not unique to sponsor visa for a foreigner.

Do you know the how to find IT jobs in Canada for overseas applicants. Is there any site for exclusively for international jobs.
Is there any consultants(trust worthy) that can help overseas applicants in finding job in Canada.

Arjun, that question would have been better asked on the "jobs discussion" forum. If you can't find anything recent about Canada there, I suggest you start a new thread.
