My sister found some nut loaf tins, and we lined them with baking paper before cooking.
We cut the ends to fit them together and cut about 1cm off the bottom so they would sit flat on the board.

The icing is (edible) plastic icing with food colouring added. You can see the green rolled out flat before we put it on.
