"Unexpected EOF in prolog" during large file upload

When I am trying to upload large files (30MB-80MB ) through web services (axis2) on OpenKM document repository, I am getting "Unexpected EOF in prolog" error. When I try to upload the same through openkm UI, they are getting uploaded successfully (they are not using web services). So the problem looks like in web services only. Is there any setting need to be done to make it work?

I already tried CHUNKED = true/false, but it is still failing.

I don't have experience with OpenKM but I am using kind of similar content server. I saw same problem yesterday but it came down to having some junk character in file. I am trying to contribute / consume XML content. All of the XML validators were validating XML correctly but consuming that content thru web service was giving this king of exception., Unexpected EOF in prolog.
Simply making copy of the same content and using it workied for me.
Not sure this will help but just wanted to share.
