is testbean available in the request only?
is test bean still available in next jsp file after mapping.forward from action file.
mapping.forward forwards the same request(which contains testbean).

yes. testbean is in request scope only ,in other words you are putting form bean inside a request scope. mapping.forward is nothing but forwarding request,response to the particular page , so obviously it is available on forwarded page
