Jconn Login Failed Error

I am trying to upgrade an application from java 1.3 to Java 1.5 so
that I can use jconn3.jar instead of jconn2.jar. When I try testing
the application using Java 1.5, I get the following error (this
happens using both jconn2 and jconn3):

Any ideas what might be wrong? I don't have administrator privileges
on the computer I must test on so I can't run a tool such as RIBO to
debug. Any debugging tips I could try?
