2. Can I learn struts 2 without reading struts 1?
3. good books/tutorials for struts

Hi Swati,
I learned Struts 2 without learning Struts 1. "Struts 2 in Action" was a great help. I'm still half way on that book and it's been really great in clearing up my basics.
Good Luck

Guys,
Suggest me a book! is the Struts 2 in Action, the recommended begineers book?
By the way, I know Struts 1.2 well. Which book should I use?

Thank you for your replies !
Actually I read 2 chapters from Struts 2 in action - but I could not grasp anything I felt the book is not for beginners like me . So shall i continue reading the book or try any other book?

@Swati
I recommend that you carry on with the book. The book gets easier as it goes ahead when it starts giving working examples for concepts. In case you still find it hard, I suggest you download some working samples and try understanding from there.
@Niranjan
The book contains a chapter which will help you migrate from Struts Classic.

@swati
i think you are a SCWCD . Hope you have knowledge about jsp and servlet . that is basic. Go ahead with confident since you are a SCWCD. you have any idea about BlackBook for struts2.0?
