JSP and Jasper reports

Dear Friends,
In my JSP I use two reports , one master and one sub report , i created both and I am able to run them individually. Now i want run the entire report. I tried out the following method, but the master report is loaded always

                 JasperCompileManager.compileReportToFile(reportFile2,destinationFile2); 
                 // report file 2 is the sub report file .jrxml format and destination file is in the .jasper format
                 JasperCompileManager.compileReportToFile(reportFile,destinationFile);
                 // reportfile is the master file
                 jasperReport = JasperManager.loadReport(destinationFile); // destinationFile => masterfile.jasper
                 //jasperReport = (JasperReport) JRLoader.loadObject(destinationFile);  
                 Map parameters = new HashMap();
        		 parameters.put("Title", "Report");
        		 parameters.put("SUBREPORT_DIR", "../server/default/deploy/TEST.war/JasperReports/"); 
                 parameters.put("REPORT_DATA_SOURCE", jrd);
                 
                JasperPrint jasperPrint = JasperFillManager.fillReport(jasperReport,parameters,ds);
                JasperViewer.viewReport(jasperPrint,false);
