COM to Weblogic Server Communication error

I am using an EXCEL spreadsheet to communicate to Weblogic Server. In WLS, i have a JMS Listener listening on a queue mqueue. This queue resides in a connection factory mconn. Both are JNDI binded to certain names.
Now, using the url http://localhost:7001/wls_internal/com .... i get the moniker object value.

In My EXCEL, i have a VB code which basically does

This code is supposed to give me the handle on the connection factory. This is known as late binding.
I get the error An error occurred while binding EJB objects.
I have tried with weblogic 8.1 and 9.2. Surprisingly, the same thing is working in our production environment with weblogic 8.1(Purchased).

Forums have advised go for early binding. But that is pointless as a lot needs to be done on client-side.
So, is there any way to get this working? Weblogic is integrated with jintegra for the COM-WLS communication.

Thanks in advance.
