Hi Guys,

I am sorry and I know that this question doesn't exactly belong here but I don't see many guys in Bunkhouse Porch whom I think know these details, I am just trying out my luck here as I already posted a similar question a while back over there. Do any of you guys seen any of the following books in India?

1. Effective Java by Joshua Bloch.
2. Java Puzzlers by Joshua Bloch and Neal Gafter.
3. Pragmatic Programmer by Andrew Hunt and David Thomas.

And if you have seen them, especially in Hyderabad, please let me know the book store's name and place. I desperately need these books. I tried at many book shops but they don't have them.

And moderators, excuse me for this post here.

Thanks,
Srikanth

I had also been hunting for copies of #1 & #3 book, but Indian versions are not available. You can get them from good computer stores but price would be equivalent to their USD amount - few thousands at least.

I have Java Puzzlers brought from US.Generally Indian(south Asian) edition comes only after publisher makes enough profit. In that way O'Reilly books comes in market very quick.
