Is there a way to configure HTTP on WebLogic?

Does WebLogic expose any configuration options for http? I have a client that requested access to a webservice using http 1.0 and did not want to use chunked transfer. To me, I didn't even know what chunked transfer was before they asked. Does anyone know if and how to configure weblogic's http layer?

Thanks.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
