Portlet with Spring

Hello,
I'm trying to build a portlet using Spring 2.5.5 and Portlet specification 2.0. I'm also using Liferay 5.1.2 portal. I'm having a problem with success view controller. When I submit a form from first view it goes to the success view but when I try to subit a form from success view, the controller attached to the success view does not get called(controller for first view gets called again from success view submit.) Here are all my codes,

AttachmentType-context.xml

Web.xml

Thanks in advance,
Anita
