question for Struts 1.1 tld

I want to use the following html form. Seems this html tld has been changed. Can you let me the resource where i can find the following html tld or better say struts 1.1 resources?

AFAIK "name" is only a valid html:form attribute in S1.1, and was deprecated.

Nope. It's not clear to me why you need it, though: the "name" attribute in regular HTML form attributes is only included for backwards-compatibility too. Access the form by id instead, if that's why you "need" a name attribute.
