I am in the staring phase of ASAP Tool usage. Do you use the SRT. If yes, could you please share some docs

Are you working in Servive Request Translator (SRT). Actually I am not using this. I am working in other modules like SRP, SARM etc., I try to get some documents but not sure.

Which location and company are you working. I am working in Chennai company and supporting US client.
