WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS (2-4YRS)
 4 yrs of Core Java - Extensive use of Collections API, Explicit multithreaded programming
 3 yrs of Java Swing desktop GUI programming- - Concurrency, Layouts, Custom painting, Look and Feel
 2 yrs of Programming for XML- Designing and understanding XSD schemas, Use of SAX and DOM parsers using JAXP or other parser libraries
Object serialization / de-serialization using JAXB or other binding frameworks
 3 yrs of Database programming- Using JDBC API, Writing SQL queries
 1 yr of Design Patterns- Knowledge and Use of well-known OO design patterns in the context of desktop GUI programming
Nice to have:
