Yes you can redierct to a Servlet considering you have not written anything to Servlet outputStream / Printwriter .
Can it be something like /foo/stuff.do ?
Check out the ServletContext getRequestDispatcher() or ServletRequest getRequestDispatcher () to understand the url patterns
