All you do is create a Mobile Device project and you write code exactly as you would in a Visual Studio/.net project for Windows, except you make a smaller screen/form. Yes they arleady have the size predone for you so there really is nothing extra to learn except how to use Visual Studio and .net. Of course you could also write it in Visual Studio 6.0 which is not .net. But .net is better.
