Ranchers,
Can any one direct me to a good resource, where I can get a full understanding of mutli threaded programming. I know little nuts and bolts about it, but would like to get some expertise on it, even a good book would help, thanks

This article was very good in helping me put the bits and pieces together. After that I was better equipped to understand the material presented in the Java tutorial and API.

http://www.javaworld.com/javaworld/jw-04-1996/jw-04-threads.html

Just be aware that the article is a little outdated, and makes reference to the stop() method which is now deprecated.

edit: to fix the url it now works
