The following is just an grouping of HTTP status code

HTTP status:
1xx Informational
2xx Successful
3xx Redirection
4xx Client Error
5xx Server Error

Do we need to know the specific one ? If yes , which one is important or is in the objective of the exam ?

No you don't need to remember HTTP codes.

We do not need to know HTTP status code. But two of them 200 for success response and 404 for Page not found status code generally use with Piratical application.
