users now reported same "internal error 500". we're seeing the following in our WL log file:

you'll need to use a profile to track the problem. Looks like you have some memory leak in you application, this is usually not so trivial to find, I suggest you to use some professional profiler tool and than fix the code.

Some thread dumps may also help finding if you have some contention in your code which can also cause OutOfMemory errors.
