I was trying to setup an already working application on a new test server in RAD IDE. The test server starts up alright but I get a "The page cannot be displayed" exception on trying to access the application

It looks like a filter is causing the problem. Can you remove the filter and run the application? I'm not sure if it's a WebSphere security filter or something, or a filter that you've created yourself, but it certainly looks like a filter is failing when a request comes into the server.

Are you using Struts 2? What JVM and runtime level have you set your WebSphere Test Environment?

Hey Thanks...

It was a filter problem after all. I made a lot of changes in the filter configurations over the last couple of days that I can't pinpoint the exact location but reverting the xml got me running again.

Yep, I am using struts 2.0
