Can anyone suggest why execution of DDL and DML Scripts using Antscript in DB2 v9 is slower than DB2 v8 even though I am using DB2 v9 drivers in the Ant classpath? Execution of DDL and DML Scripts using DB2 v9 through Ant script is taking 103 minutes to complete whereas same execution takes only 23 minutes in DB2 v8. I am using ant 1.6.5 in the classpath. What is the root cause and solution for this problem?

You need to use DB2 tools to monitor the SQL and how DB2 is handling the statements. That should tell you what the issue is.
