You may want to read http://www.coderanch.com/t/420860/Application-Frameworks/Frameworks-Do-one-want-one and http://www.coderanch.com/t/426108/Application-Frameworks/Which-framework-would-best, in particular http://www.coderanch.com/t/426108/Application-Frameworks/Which-framework-would-best#1891862 (with which I agree).

Really very useful posts.
but this post is bit different from the others.

Here we must just to vote [as opinion and experience] without mention the life story

For Example:

JSF 1.2

The point those other topics are trying to make is that these kinds of discussions don't serve a useful purpose, and voting on them even less so.

Plus - a lot of these would be used in conjunction with others (i.e. JSF on Spring, Struts on Spring, JSF is part of Seam, Spring is part of Grails...), or are used for a specific approach (i.e. Restlets to do REST). Flex isn't even really a Java framework (it can be used with Java as the server-side however).

Probably this is the reason java has multiple openings compared to other platforms . which is a positive thing

I think it's pointless to do so.
