what is the use of Autowiring in Spring?

As per my understanding , instead of declaring dependency inside XML files we will use the Annotations inside POJO classes .

Please share your ideas .

Thank you Ranchers for helping for all my questions

No, you can use auto-wiring and use XML. Annotations is an another feature, it isn't directly related to auto-wiring.

The idea behind auto-wiring is to reduce typing (this reason is very weak to me).

I am ready to type more but can't spend more time learning unnecessary topics

Thank you Kengkaj
