Does any version of Websphere detect changes to compile time included JSPs and recompile the parent?

Subject pretty much says it all. In my experience, Websphere does not do this but the latest version I have worked with is 6.0. I figure it probably doesn't as I image that it would add extra overhead in production environments.
 
Have you checked out Aspose?
