IDEMPOTENT: unchanged when multiplied by itself

its usage:

A function f : D -> D is idempotent if
f (f x) = f x for all x in D.
I.e. repeated applications have the same effect as one

My next word is "aficionado"

My next word is "aficionado"

oops missed that one,
a person who likes, knows about, and appreciates a usually fervently pursued interest or activity
it comes from Spanish aficionar to engender affection
the word affection comes from latin affectiōn disposition or state of mind or body(positive most of the time)
other words derived are affectionate
derived from Spanish root it's used for fans of bullfight
can also be used for movie buffs and other fanatics
