Small complaint with browsing forums

When I open a topic all the threads I have not read or have been updated since I last read them have a yellow folder icon next to them. This is great... however, if I look at 2-3 threads and sit on the topic for a few minutes all of the yellow folder icons are updated to tan ones even though I have not visited them yet. This drives me crazy because now I don't know which ones I have read, which have been updated, or anything else.

Is anyone else getting this same problem? Is this an issue with my cookie or something else?

Thanks

I think that is how it is "supposed" to work. I'm not positive though and await seeing a confirmation.

I would assume that the way it's "supposed" to work would be to tan the folder icons for threads you've visited and read, not to do that to 3-4 threads and then just tan all of them.

For me it only tans them when I've done one of two things:

1. Read the topic.
2. Logged in, seen it as yellow (but haven't read it), then log out. When I log back in the folder is tan.

That makes sense Joe, but for me they are turning tan regardless if I read them or log off/on. It just seems random.

I agree. Here's the link: http://aspose.com/file-tools
