I have joined a new group at work and I now have to support IBM WAS servers.
I am looking for a book that would give a good overview plus explain how to support WAS.
If it could also explain what log files to look in that would be great.

My book, What is WebSphere? is very popular as a high level overview of what WebSphere is and what WebSphere can do, along with how it does it. But for a book on administration, I'd suggest WebSphere Application Server: Step by Step.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
