I have seen many positive changes in life after listening to Paul Mckenna's NLP Audio - but it may not work for all.

Try it out!

I have been practicing yoga on and off for a few years now, few things I have discovered, which atleast apply to me:
1. Although I love the feeling after a yoga session(relaxed, flexible, energetic, etc), most of the times, I have to fight strong lethargy to get myself to do it.
2. I tend to practice early in the morning, but late nights make me miss yoga sessions.
3. Unless you are already a peaceful person, its difficult to get yourself to do yoga, its a cycle, yoga makes you more peaceful, but you need to be a naturally peaceful person to regularly practice yoga..

Just my experiences though...

Yoga is Mind and Body exercise. Its very good and will give you positive feeling which is really different than any other form of exercise.

But I agree with V ray. Those people who do aerobics or other exercises which keep heart bit rate high to burn fat will not like Yoga at first.

The moment , I think 'Yoga' - Raja Yoga comes to my mind. It means 'Connecting with God'.
