multiple tomcat connectors

It is possible to have for example two tomcat connectors, one in port 80 an one in port 8090
that will wait for web service calls (axis)
But, is there a way to be able to serve the ones tha arrive in port 80 before the ones in port 8090?

Any help appreciated!
