Do Not Seem to be pulling the Most Current Data from Database (JSF, Hibernate)

Dear Sirs et Madames,
I have an application which renders a tabled list of system users (using Visual Web JSF). However when I delete a user/s even though the database will show the changes (users gone, non existent), when I rerun the application, it seems to render the table with the users still there, even though it should be pulling the data from the database. What could I be doing wrong? here is the bean code:

The JSF code

Could someone please let me know why I am pulling stale data that should not/does not exist anymore? How do I solve this issue?

Thanks kindly in advance,

Hello, thanks for the response, but I dont understand what you mean.... Everytimethe page loads the should run, and in my init() method I call which in turn calls which should pull data direct from database. So , yes I AM updating userVOArray where the table is picking up values everytime the page loads...

However I still have the issue. Help?

Thanks in advance,

is your init getting triggered after you had updated the values in the datatable...?

Thanks Shivaji, no its not. But what would be the significance of this if that WAS the case?
