MapViewer Not working when deployed on weblogic 10.3 server

Hello ,

Our Application when deployed on Oracle Application server is working fine .

But When deployed the same application in Weblogic 10.3 , getting message as MapViewer Not Ready with MAPVIEWER-00017 on server console.

Can't able to debug the actual cause .Please help it has been already two days working on it .

If anybody faced similar kind of issue please help.
