Hi,
i have 2 web service and which that they communicate among them by exchanging an RDF file but i don't know how to begin.

Kindly describe your problem in greater detail:

Are both services on the same computer? the same network?
Where did the services come from?
What operating system? What Java version?
Do your services have to read the RTF or just move the file around?
