Omission of Question (thread)

I posted a question (regarding Singalton in distributed env - design pattern question), that was omitted from the from.
I thought may be I did not post it properly. Then I posted the same question again , and now that question is not visible in the forum again (it was there for a day).
I am surprised and would appreciate if someone can share some information for this activity.

IMO the new software has some issues; I sometimes have to post responses 3-4 times before they show up.

Me too. Yesterday, I posted many times, but my post didn't appear.

Note that the problem described here -- which was unfortunately all too real -- has been solved. It should not happen again.

I've blogged about the solution to the problem if anyone is interested. I think it was interesting the process to solving it.
