Nobody told me I had to have social aptitude. Is it too late to study for social aptitude? Which is the best book?

Actually, I did pretty badly on management, and I failed the social aptitude parts (they gave me minus points, not just no points).

It doesn't break it down, apparently. I had to read the answers to figure out where I did well and not.
