Create RSS feed using jstl

My question is vary beginner question about rss. I want to create rss feed in my application and it should can dynamically. and where I should get rssutil.jar file.
Please help me.

I'd advise to check out the ROME library; it's pretty much the standard Java library for creating RSS feeds.
